Peccole Ranch was originally owned by the Peccole Family and includes several different neighborhoods that have their own personal flavor. The area that most people think of as Peccole Ranch is one unique area that is also more then a neighborhood. In included houses build by several developers plus shopping, retail and dining. And even a library. A motel is also on the edge of the development making it a great place to dump out of town visitors to keep them off your couch.
Bordered on the east by Fort Apache, the west by Hualapai, south by Sahara and Charleston on the north.
Not a part of the Summerlin Master Planned Community, it abuts against it and is often assumed to be part of Summerlin. This gives the area the benefit of Summerlin aura, but without the Summerlin fees and rules.
Part of Peccole Ranch retail offering is the Village Square Shopping Center. With numerous dining options, a super movie theater plus other boutique shops. It is also home to Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas / Summerlin, my 1st real estate office. For people looking to establish an office close to home – Village Square has a large selection of office space available. Along Charleston are other commercial amenities to make living in Peccole Ranch enjoyable.
