Turnberry Place (not to be confused with Turnberry Towers) is a four tower residential highrise development just east of the Les Vegas Strip. All four towers are 40 stories high. The 4 towers total have 777 units with floor plans from 1,550 to 8,000 square feet. Prices can range from below ½ million to over multiple million for the larger exquisite units.
No longer the tallest structure in Las Vegas, the upper floors still offer stunning vistas of the morning sunrises over Sunrise Mountains, the Las Vegas Strip and spectacular sunsets over the Spring Mountain Range to the west.
Amenities include Italian marble baths with oversized Jacuzzi whirlpools, granite-topped European kitchen cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Gaggenau appliances and huge, private, wrap-around glass balconies.
Also part of the development is the Stirling Club. A 75,000 building with restaurants, bars, indoor and out door pools, a spa and beauty services. Center placing the club are casual and formal dining, a 30,000-square-foot European, Jacuzzis, saunas and steam baths, a Pilates studio, a lap pool, plunge pools and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Members can also enjoy a piano bar, a nightclub, billiards room, wine and cigar rooms, concierge service, lighted clay tennis courts, business center and library.
Turnberry Place Community Association represents the homeowners.
